At least 8-10 years of professional experience in a communications agency or on a business basis in marketing departments (but in this case close cooperation with agencies) Excellent knowledge of the agency landscape and the advertising and communication industry in general Funded knowledge and experience in everyday agency, in acquisition, strategy, cross-selling and account management with proven track record Communication strength, creativity and excellent analytical and conceptual thinking Curiosity and fun in the development and implementation of digital and analogue projects, a high social media affinity and a sense of future communication trends studies in communication sciences, BWL with focus on marketing or a comparable field; also comparable trainings are exciting for us Organizational and communication strength as well as a good mix of confident and diplomatic, winning rhetoric towards customer Team skills, enthusiasm and independent working Excellent English skills in word and writing
