Analyze and interpret international grid code regulations and determine whether we meet the relevant requirements. Optimize control loops of renewable power plant control solutions. Use, maintain, and support our simulation models. Work in an international environment. Collaborate closely with colleagues from Development, Product Management, and our local experts in our subsidiaries. Independently familiarize yourself with complex technical topics and continuous expanding your expertise.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Relevant professional experience in grid code compliance. Experience with simulation tools such as Simulink, PSCAD, or PowerFactory is a plus. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to understand and interpret complex technical documents. Affinity for theoretical work and analytical problem-solving. Responsible, reliable, and conscientious way of working. Confidence in working independently, making well-founded decisions, and proactively communicating alignment needs. Ability to create clear, well-structured, and understandable documentation technical. Language skills: Fluent in English and intermediate proficiency in German; Spanish is a plus.
