You are central:r Anspechpartner:in regards to legal issues concerning eGovG, online access law (OZG), IDNrG, administrative and procurement law, etc. When it comes to questions from the National Once-Only-Technical System (NOOTS), you are first contact and support as such: You are part of the legal and compliance department of FITKO and answer legal questions, in particular the NOOTS State Contract, the IT State Contract and the founding decision of FITKO. You support the management of the NOOTS implementation organization for questions in the context of the National Once-Only-Technical System (NOOTS) You use your expertise in the continuous legal coordination of the NOOTS implementation organisation with the Federal Ministry of Digital and State Modernization (BMDS). In cooperation with our regulatory data protection officer and the operational data protection team, you will clarify issues relating to data protection law, in particular regarding NOOTS. FITKO is a joint implementation unit of the IT Planning Council. Therefore, if necessary – according to the decisions of the IT Planning Council and its strategic priorities – you will also carry out cross-disciplinary tasks.

Successfully completed university studies in law with the 2nd State Exam or Master of Laws (LL.M) in information technology and law or in comparable courses, each combined with clearly shown (preferably proven) know-how in the field of information technology. 5 years of professional experience with the context of IT law, IT contract law and/or with the support of IT projects and the willingness to work quickly into new legal areas. You are interested in the legal issues concerning the digitization of administrative services and in particular the NOOTS. The ability to link technical and legal matters to each other, as well as to communicate legal issues to legal entities. Representative written and oral expressiveness. Communication and cooperation capability, performance and team spirit. Fun in questions and new thinking combined with corresponding solution competence. Excellent German and English skills.
