We are now looking for you as project manager:in network technology (LAN/WLAN) – Network Engineering Center first terminated until 31.12.2028!

That's the point We modernise the network infrastructure of the MEDIAN clinics – and indeed correctly. Our Network Engineering Center rebuilds the LAN and WLAN of our 125 locations throughout Germany. This is not a maintenance job, but real setup with speed, impact and responsibility. We are a small team that is technically deep in matter. Because our development projects are taking more and more journeys, we are looking for you as project manager:in who manages your own clinic projects from planning to acceptance. You take responsibility for network rollout projects in our clinics – from reception on site to acceptance and successful handover. You are planning technical, you understand LAN/WLAN concepts, you can evaluate requirements and talk to the technical team at eye level about the implementation. You control time, budget, resources and service providers and keep an overview in several projects. You are the central point of contact for your projects – for the clinics on site, for internal interfaces and for external partners. You're looking for clean documentation, quality and timeliness – and for a network that runs reliably in hospital operation.

Complete training or study in the IT environment – or comparable practical experience. Funded network know-how: You know what to do with LAN/WLAN, switching, routing, VLANs and WLAN illumination, and you can evaluate and share technical decisions. Experience in project management – ideally for infrastructure or rollout projects. Certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, SCRUM) are a plus, but not a must. You work structured, independent and solution-oriented and keep track of several construction sites. Travel readiness for on-site operations for ongoing projects (project-dependent, flexibly planned). Very good knowledge of German.

Real design playroom – you build clinic networks from scratch, instead of just managing. Remote-first: You work mainly from home, on-site terminals are project-related and planable.
