You design the technical training independently and align it with both the official training framework and the operational requirements. You impart sound technical knowledge and combine theory with practical applications in the field of equipment and system technology You prepare the trainees specifically for examinations – including practical projects, practical training scenarios and technical simulations You accompany the individual development of junior staff, document learning progress and conduct constructive feedback talks You carry out organisational tasks relating to training, create proofs and are in close cooperation with relevant specialist departments You bring their own ideas into the further development of modern learning concepts and actively contribute to innovative training projects. You ensure compliance with safety requirements as well as a professional and structured work environment in the field of training

You have completed vocational training in the electrotechnical environment, for example as an electronics company for devices and systems, or in a comparable field Ideally, you have the training exam (AEVO) or are willing to acquire it at short notice A further qualification, such as masters, technicians or studies in electrical engineering, is advantageous You have the pleasure of sharing expertise in a structured manner and accompanying young talents on their professional path A safe occurrence, sense of responsibility and good communicative skills characterize you The routined handling of common office programs is of course for you
