Our products MyWorkplace and Extended Workplace Services serve both the Windows and Mac workstations and continuously develop them.As a student, you support us in the Device Management of MacBooks, participate in support and get the opportunity to advance your own ideas and smaller projects in our product teams.

What you do with us:

You actively support the team in the device management of MacBooks and participate in the entire lifecycle management of macOS end devices. You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials and introduce ideas for automation. You support product-related operations and development projects in the environment of the Digital Workplace. You will process support requests and support in troubleshooting as well as solution finding for our users. You participate in the creation and maintenance of documentation, processes and standards. You work closely with various IT teams and gain insights into the operation of modern workplace solutions.
