Creation, maintenance and updating of risk assessments including psychological stress Planning, organisation and implementation of instruction and training including management of training and instruction catastrophes Implementation and documentation of ASA meetings as well as OSS visits including Reporting Examination of accidents at work and close to work with derivation of measures Creation and updating of operating instructions for machinery and hazardous materials and maintenance of hazardous materials Contact persons for professional associations and supervisory authorities as well as control and storage of the association books Definition and implementation of company standards on safety and fire protection and organisation of the first aid structure Interface to the external fire protection officer, organisation of fire protection visits, evacuation exercises and follow-up of fire protection deficiencies (including missions with firefighters and property insurers) and coordination of the revision of escape and rescue plans

Completed technical or commercial technical training such as masters, technicians, engineers, specialist for occupational safety or comparable completion Additional qualifications in the field of occupational safety, fire protection or energy management Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards (e.g. ArbSchG, BetrSichV, GefStoffV, DGUV) Experience in dealing with authorities, professional associations and insurers Safe handling of MS Office and documentation systems as well as structured and independent operation High organisational and coordination capability as well as experience in project and action management Documentation and report security as well as reliability, discretion and integrity Impressed sense of responsibility and security Communication strength, consulting skills and enforcement capacity
