IT System Manager (m/w/d) Full time Hybrid 88276 Berg, Germany With professional experience 17.04.26 The IT Infrastructure and Application Platform Services team is responsible for the operation and further development of our company's central IT landscape. From server and virtualization platforms to storage to cloud connections. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a personality that actively shapes our infrastructure, takes responsibility and develops existing solutions. In addition to operating, the position offers the opportunity to participate in the analysis, optimization and conceptual development of our systems. This results in a wide range of approaches to introducing their own priorities and developing them professionally. Your duties You operate and manage Windows and Linux server systems. You maintain and develop virtualization environments (Hyper-V / VMware). You contribute to infrastructure projects and technical developments. You analyze and optimize existing systems and operating processes. You support the standardization and automation of IT processes. You work with internal and external partners. Your profile You have a completed training in the IT field, a technical degree, a study or comparable practical experience. You have experience in the administration of server systems, ideally with Windows and Linux. You have knowledge of virtualization (hyper-V or VMware). You have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure such as network, storage and identity management. Experiences with Active Directory, Entra ID or Microsoft 365 are desirable.
