Business Development Engineer / Application Engineer (m/f/d)

Implementation of market analyses: You analyse the potential markets with regard to the applicability of fluidized bed technology and identify the market potential to be expected. Creation of market development strategies: You create strategies for developing and expanding markets with high potential in close cooperation with sales, marketing and product development. Customer Needs: You put customer needs at the heart of your work and develop ideas how You can be successfully met through sales and marketing. Development of innovative fields of application: You develop specific uses of fluidized bed technology and support our sales team with application concepts. Customized production concepts: You develop production concepts for different customer products to meet their individual requirements as best possible Write application reports: You create and publish application reports (Case Studies) that illustrate the advantages and possibilities of use of our technologies. Advice and support: You advise and support our national and international customers in product-related questions. Support for marketing: You support the marketing team in creating sales documents, such as brochures, presentations and press reports and communications. Organization and implementation of customer tests: You organize, accompany and carry out customer trials in our test center and take over customer correspondence in experimental planning. Symposia/Conferences/Measures: You represent the company on application-specific symposia, conferences, conferences and trade fairs and present the company to the outside. Networks: You build and maintain networks with our existing and potential customers.

Qualification: Complete studies in food technology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, biotechnology, process engineering, life science or a comparable scientific discipline. Experience: Multiannual professional experience in the field of food or pharmaceutical technology would be desirable, for example as an application engineer (m/w/d), process engineer (m/w/d), product manager (m/w/d), sales representative (m/w/d), sales engineer (m/w/d). language knowledge: reliable in German and English; further foreign languages are a plus. Purpose: Pleasure to get into the challenges of our customers and develop solutions together. Personality: self-initiative, team capacity, solution-oriented thinking, communicative and rapid understanding.
