Strengthen our team staff, law and organization in part-time (25-40 hours/week) with workplace in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area – and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions

You are responsible for carrying out the monthly pay billing for a defined group of employees in a timely and appropriate manner – from the maintenance of the billing-relevant data to the final billing run You are competent as contact person* for our employees and executives in all questions concerning pay, pay tax and social security You can also help colleagues with your expert advice and have fun at the guidance of trainees The reporting and certification as well as the correspondence with sickness funds, financial offices, social security institutions and authorities are in your best hands You care about personal master data, time management and billing-relevant processes carefully and conscientiously in P&I LOGA You send notifications and certificates to authorities and social security institutions You provide billing-relevant data for financial accounting – for example, in case of payrolls, staff provisions & Co.

You have a completed commercial training – ideally supplemented by a further training in the field of pay billing / wage and salary – as well as several years of professional experience in pay billing You bring well-founded and up-to-date knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security, and you know well in the right to work and business constitution You are safe to use the current MS Office applications and have good user knowledge in a relevant HR / billing software You work independently, proactively and solution-oriented, see “where it burns” and pack up – numbers are your bull, and you put the greatest value on accuracy and timeliness without losing you in detail Discretion, trustworthiness, service orientation and the necessary resilience are of course for you – and last but not least, you're burning for your job and you're keen to move a lot together with us as a team So you might think...
