What you do with us: You immerse yourself in the world of big data and use modern AI models to gain valuable insights for trading. You analyze competition, market movements as well as customer feedback and make strategic recommendations for our departments. You develop sound insights from your analyses that give orientation and have real decision-making power. You prepare complex data clearly, understandably and visually convincingly that You are inspiring and have an effect. You advise colleagues at eye level, accept requirements and translate them into data-based solutions. You work closely and interdisciplinary with other areas, always focused on the best outcome.

You have applied statistical methods (quantitative and qualitative) in your studies or profession and ideally already have professional experience in market, customer and competition research, like in food retail or in the field of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). You have a passion for data and AI and master Excel (including Pivot) and PowerPoint securely. You are creative and can represent complex relationships in a comprehensible and visual way. Prompting experience for research and basic knowledge in Python or SQL.
