For our team at the Neukölln site we are looking for active support from 01.05.2026 Social pedagogues, social workers, medical/rehabilitation pedagogues or a specialist with comparable qualifications (m/w/d) In the middle of the lively gravel of Neukölln we work with people with support needs. We help them master the barriers of everyday life and lead a self-determined life. Our offer ranges from the occupants individual residences in their own apartment to three residential communities with and without weekend care. The area office is located on the Erkstraße and the residential communities are accessible by public transport. We wish to support a motivated and committed person who enriches our team with his expertise and personality.

With your commitment, you support adult people with the need for support in developing an individual perspective, clarifying the need for participation and formulating objectives. In crisis and conflict situations, too, you are a reliable companion for our beneficiaries. You are responsible for the timely preparation and examination of individual participation planning and development reports in cooperation with other professional groups. In addition to the documentation of all relevant data, you work with members, with legal supervisors and other interfaces. You are also responsible for the questions of social law. You participate in helper conferences and assessments and are responsible for the social questions in the team.

You are experienced in work with the above mentioned group of persons and bring together commitment and deed. As a reflected person, you question your professional action and can also deal with crisis situations in everyday care. You bring the willingness to align themselves with the needs and wishes of the beneficiaries. You are also ready to take over a service on the weekend. Your creative input is desired: We look forward to your ideas in the conceptual and practical development of our offers.

With an indefinite working relationship of 31.2 hours, you will be looking forward to a varied activity. Your service planning – based on the participation requirements of the beneficiaries – is in your hands. If there is a temporary increase in hours, we will vote on them together. You will receive a payment according to an operating agreement with dynamic adjustment, binding annual special payment and child allowance – so that the salary is also true.
