Educationerin / Social-Pedagogy Specialist as Springerin (w/m/d) Primary School in Berlin We are young people in the Kiez – youth assistance gGmbH, short “Juwo”, a recognized freelance from Berlin with over 80 educational projects and areas of application. We are professionals, both colourful and, if necessary, critical and courageous when it comes to the development and rights of children, young people and their families. From 01.09.2026 or by agreement we are looking for an educatorin / social pedagogical specialist (m/w/d) in parttime with 30 hours/week as a jumperin in the area of youth assistance school, especially in Neukölln, Kreuzberg and Spandau. You support the respective teams of primary schools as a representation of illness, holidays or Sabbatical. During the whole day, students are accompanied by the learning and leisure phases of the school day. Teaching and recreational care takes place for all students from 8 to 4 p.m. The training and accompaniment of disputers, the establishment and accompaniment of class councils and the independent implementation of social learning are only some of the needs-oriented and participative offers in the whole day. Your duties as an educatorin / social pedagogical specialist (m/w/d) You pupils of different nationalities during the teaching period, based on an integrated supervision concept coordinated with the school You support and support students during lunch and homework You promote social learning in groups and school classes Your profile You have a professional qualification as a state-recognized educatorin or a comparable degree as a social pedagogical specialist, such as childhood education, primary education, education, teacherin (M.Ed. and 1. state examinations) Language skills in German at level C1 are mandatory Group activities with children will make you happy and perform this methodically skillful It is easy for you to get in touch with people and you have a valuable look at families with different history of origin Depending on the requirements, you will jump in the short or longer term for colleagues You want to change and can quickly adjust to new work situations You are willing to take over missions across Germany (especially in Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Spandau) You can expect this from us Remuneration: Our salary system is coordinated with the works council and is between €20.85 and €27.95 per hour (corresponding to the pay tables of the TV-L in the Land of Berlin).
