As part of our team, you will experience the tasks, the everyday life and the challenges of HR Development Expert. You support us in ongoing and new projects, such as the introduction of a new learning experience platform. You bring your creativity in the further development of an internal international communication platform for our activities and are responsible for our learning blog. You work closely with colleagues within a multi-site team as well as with other operational contact persons: both as specialist departments and service providers. In the daily business, you help us design digital learning formats. You also support us in the processing of data and the creation of attractive presentation documents.

Education: Studies in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources Management, Education or Similar Experiences and know-how: safe handling of media and IT tools, especially with Excel and PowerPoint Personality and working methods: your approach is characterized by reliability, structure and a high degree of self-initiative; you are flexible and it gives you the pleasure to develop creative solutions for new challenges Enthusiasm: fun dealing with people and conceptual issues Languages: reliable German and good English
