At our hotline, listeners sit with tactics. If you are someone like this, you will become part of our customer service team – the central contact point for our member pharmacies and the direct connection to our company. Our hotline stands for real listening and solution-oriented support.

Hotline: You are the first contact person for our customers and take care of the transfer of various concerns of pharmacies to the different departments of the NOWEDA. Daily business: You support standard projects from order acquisition via print release to successful completion. Communicative interface: You work closely with our graphics department, external service providers and the field service and ensure smooth processes.

Background: You have a completed commercial training, experience in marketing or printing, or come to us as cross-enterers (m/w/d). Experience: You are familiar with customer support and have ideally already worked in telephony. Personality: You appear open and friendly and can quickly adapt to different people. You also appreciate the team's cooperation, because we are all together.
