Team Leader Order Management (m/f/d)

As a team leader in order management (m/w/d), a multidisciplinary team of a total of nine people conducts professional and disciplinary. You control the daily customer business, coordinate the order processing via all relevant process steps and, if necessary, support operationally. As part of customer support, you take up individual requirements, check their feasibility in cooperation with relevant interfaces and strengthen customer loyalty through regular discussions. You create product calculations and adjust existing prices for ongoing business relationships. The maintenance of relevant master data in SAP as well as the reporting of meaningful delivery service numbers are your tasks as well as the support of sales planning and the support of taxes. In addition, you are responsible for both internal and external customer-related projects and, if necessary, support the management in selected topics.

You bring a completed training or Studies as well as several years of experience in order management, supplemented by at least two years of leadership experience. Their leadership skills allow you to accompany employees, identify their potential and develop the team in a targeted manner. With the help of your enforcing strength, empathy and a high level of communication, you can easily work with internal and external interfaces. The cooperation in projects and operational support in the daily business are of course for you. Negotiating German and English skills complete your profile.
