Maintenance of technical and safety equipment Active fault management and troubleshooting at the technical building equipment (TGA), in particular refrigeration, heating, ventilation, sanitary and building control technology and electrical engineering (GLT/HLKS/MSR/ELT) Operation, maintenance and inspection and maintenance of equipment based on GEFMA's guidelines or based on the standard of location Participation in carrying out switching operations on the technical installations taking into account the availability of the plants Participation in the creation of work descriptions and risk assessments of switching operations and changes in plant operation Smaller installations and repairs of plants during operation Special care and control of service, maintenance and other companies as well as local plant coordination in maintenance work Special support and control for retrofitting and extension work (meaning of installation availability) Participation in the workshop and storage regulations Participation in the energy and safety optimization of existing systems and systems EDV-technical documentation of the activities carried out in the shiftbook and plant and fault management in the CAFM programme Participation in the verification of technical installations, documentation and detection of plant data

Professional competences: Complete vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, refrigeration technology or as a refrigeration plant manufacturer or a comparable qualification Experience in operating, waiting and repairing electrical systems, refrigeration, air conditioning and RLT systems as well as data center-specific technology Computer and network knowledge of advantage (Helping Hands and other services) Good MS Office knowledge Good knowledge of German in word and writing Good knowledge of English Social competences: Self-employed and reliable operation Teamability, commitment and flexibility readiness for shift service and readiness to call if required
