The main tasks are the implementation of construction measures by the Federal Government, in particular for the constitutional guarantee and for the ministries in Berlin, Bonn and abroad, as well as for the cultural structures of the Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz in Berlin. On behalf of the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA), the BA II 1 Unit takes over the project management of construction measures for the United Nations (UN) in Bonn. The new building for the European Centre for Medium-Term Weather Forecasts (ECMW) and the technical assistance of the Carstanjen House are further current tasks of the unit. The weekly working hours are 39 hours per week. Depending on the applicant's situation, an over-tariff pre-deposit currency of stages and an additional temporary allowance of up to 1,500 euros per month may be considered. Up to the fulfilment of the personal requirements (including the long-term practical experience of the profession), only a grouping is possible according to the pay group 11 TVöD. Subsequently, an incremental grouping is carried out automatically by pay group 12 TVöD Bund.
