HSE Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced and visionary HSE Leader to join our team in Langenzenn, with responsibility for all German sites and our industry in Poland. Are you an HSE who leaders believes that the strongest safety cultures are built through engagement rather than enforcement? This role is about much more than regulatory compliance. We are looking for someone who can influence, coach, and inspire people at all levels of the organization, helping us embed in a culture where safety, wellbeing, and environmental responsibility are integral to everyday decision-making. As HSE Manager, you will drive Health, Safety, and Environmental performance across our operations while fostering a collaborative work environment where every team member feels empowered to contribute to our safety mission. Working closely with site leadership and Group Health and Safety, you'll take group-wide HSE strategies and turn it into practical actions that make a real difference on the ground. From developing training, managing ISO systems, and supporting energy reduction initiatives, you'll be at the centre of our continuous improvement journey. You'll be joining a manufacturing environment where your ability to build relationships, challengely and engage teams will be just as important as your technical expertise. .
