We are looking for you now for our WELLER location as

KFZ-Serviceberater (m/w/d) in Hamburg-Bergedorf

• You advise and attend our customers during the service process.
• You carry the vehicle with the customer. You will explain the necessary scope of the contract and tune additional positions as well as the price and completion date with the customer.
• During the workshop run, you are the interface between customer and workshop and maintains contact.
• After final inspection, you will start the repair bill, transfer the vehicle to the customer and explain the cost and work done.
• In case of complaints, you are available as a competent and customer-oriented contact person.

That's what you bring:

• A KFZ training and first professional experience in the field of automotive trade
• You have experience in dealing with customers and bring a pronounced service orientation.
• High commitment, safe and competent appearance
• You have a valid class B license
