Head of Technical Purchasing - Laboratory Equipment (m/f/d)

Your role in the company Supported by the project management Technical management of technical purchasing as well as warehouse / material logistics Interface between project management, technical planning, assembly management, warehouse & logistics and management in critical topics Your tasks Technical purchasing & procurement Responsibility for project-related procurement of all materials and components Processing of purchasing bases based on technical plant and assembly planning Identification of long-runners and critical delivery positions Early redemption and prioritization of orders Examination of order confirmations (termination, quantity, execution) Control and further development of technical purchasing Material management & logistics Ensuring complete material delivery for assembly Control of picking and delivery of goods via the warehouse Coordination of delivery dates, relocations and special transports Organisation of material flow during the assembly phase Reaction to short-term needs of construction sites Coordination & Communication Close coordination with project managers, technicians and assembly management Participation in internal project and assembly arrangements clarification of technical details in cooperation with project processing Ensuring a transparent flow of information between all parties

Technical or commercial-technical training or studies, e.g.: Technical system planner // Technicians (wood, construction, supply technology) // Industrial businessman/wife with technical focus // Master from assembly / interior construction / furniture construction // Wirtschatfsingenieur // Civil engineer Multiannual experience in technical purchasing, work preparation or project coordination Very good technical understanding for interior construction and assembly processes Experience in controlling material flows and supply chains Safe handling of ERP systems and structured data management Organizational, enforcement and clear communication Self-responsible, solution-oriented operation
