You plan and coordinate individual care measures and document the entire process carefully with our computer-assisted software You take the professional basic and treatment care according to medical regulations and make sure the medication is administered As a trusting contact person, you will advise our clients and their relatives in all nursing questions You pay attention to the wishes and needs of our clients in order to promote and maintain their independence as best possible In the team you work closely with doctors, therapists and other departments to ensure holistic care

You have a completed training as a nurse, e.g. as an elderly caregiver, nursing professional or health caregiver (m/w/d) Ideally, you already bring first professional experience in nursing or nursing – you are also welcome as professional beginners You are safe in handling computer-assisted care documentation and carefully plan the care processes With your patient and sensitive way, you are an important support for our clients and their relatives
