SAP Inhouse Consultant – Focus on HR Systems (m/f/d)

As SAP Inhouse Consultant:in (m/w/d) for our Personal System (SAP Success Factors), you support specialist areas, key users and users:in the analysis, design and optimization of our personal processes. You also include relevant interfaces of connected systems. You will address the complete value chain from recording, evaluating and implementing technical requirements (Customizing) to optimizing processes together with specialist areas to performing tests and quality assurance measures. You ensure a stable operation as well as the continuous further development of the supervised applications and modules and support in fault analysis and processing of incidents. You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of technical and technical documentation as part of the customizing. You support SAP projects, rollouts and release changes. If necessary, you will also take over the technical and organisational coordination of external service providers.

Successfully completed studies and/or completed IT-based training with corresponding additional qualification Mind. 5 years of professional experience in the context of SAP (Inhouse) consulting with a strong understanding of standardization, wartability and sustainable solutions. Deep knowledge of SAP Success Factors with the core functions EC, Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, File, Time and Talent. Additional knowledge in Datasphere/SAC and experience in the operation of personal systems (e.g. release or change topics) are advantageous. You will also bring a structured and systematic working style, targeted communication strength and pronounced analytical skills. High sense of responsibility and self-initiative as well as a team-oriented way of working distinguish you. At least German knowledge (B2) in word and writing
