In order to support our HR/Personnel Department, we are looking for a full-time and unlimited Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Own-responsible implementation of the operational personnel work of an associated care area, including the implementation of the operational integration management Advice and support for managers and employees in all personal matters Pre- and post-processing of the pay bill for a defined group of employees Development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to promote positive corporate culture and employee retention Participation in the planning and implementation of personnel projects Competent contact person of the works council Support in recruitment and selection of talents, including creation of job advertisements, carrying out interviews and coordination of the onboarding process

Successfully completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Law, Psychology or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in human resources, ideally in a similar position Funded labour, wage tax, and social insurance High service and team orientation Excellent communication skills, as well as analytical and conceptual thinking High social competence and empathy in dealing with employees and executives Safe handling of common HR software solutions (ideally SAP HCM) and MS Office applications Very good German knowledge required, good English knowledge desirable
