Description

• After you have been incorporated, you will be responsible for the customer system inventory of a defined area for the maintenance/inspection, disorder, maintenance and service of our safety-related, complex systems, which are partially interconnected to the factory (brand and intrusion detection technology, as well as video, sounding and access control technology, network technology).
• You take over the coordination of subcontractors in service and small assembly orders, as well as the professional guidance and support of employees across your area of responsibility
• Control and performance confirmation of after-contracting services and escalation management incl. Escalation reports are also part of your daily tasks.
• They determine changes and expansion requirements of customer solutions (including the first technical information/consultation of the customer), identify optimization potentials in stock and communicate them to the competent authorities
• They recognize new services from trends and customer requests and actively collaborate with other specialist departments (e.g. realisation management, sales of business areas)
• Ensuring quality objectives in the area of responsibility is a top priority for you – this includes monitoring and testing of KPI and the possible response in case of deviations
• Last but not least, you will participate in the regional stand-by service and, in some cases, also act across your region.

Qualifications

• Training: You have completed training in an electrotechnical profession, if necessary an additional qualification or a comparable level of training
• Experience and know-how: several years of relevant professional experience and knowledge in the installation and maintenance of weak power plants and systems in building technology, ideally you already have experience in safety technology. The current Microsoft operating systems as well as the current applications like MS Office are familiar to you.
• Qualifications: Knowledge of safety standards and regulations (DIN VDE 0833, DIN 14675, VdS regulations) are required.
• Personality: They bring the willingness to participate continuously in training and training.
• Operation: Your strengths include self-initiative, communication skills and a conscientious and independent way of working. High customer orientation as well as safe customer appearance round off your profile.
