Development and implementation of Sales-Excellence strategies for continuous and sustainable optimization of sales processes and structures Continuous improvement and further development of sales planning and control instruments as well as the use of appropriate IT tools (CRM etc.) Creation of sales planning in close cooperation with sales departments and business areas Regular collection of sales performance, quantitative and content analysis of data and further development of sales reports Production of special evaluations for department management as well as management and participation in further group-wide reporting processes Technical support for the development of the comprehensive sales strategy, the creation of market analyses, and the integration of strategy and planning Close exchange with the sales departments, the business areas, the financial department, the corporate strategy as well as other relevant business areas in the sense of an efficient task design and forward-looking orientation of the company

Complete university studies in economics or comparable qualifications Professional experience in sales controlling or in a similar function, ideally in the context of IT/technology project business in a group environment Understanding figures and interest in the content behind the figures Funded knowledge of CRM systems and other software tools (e.g. MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint) Care and reliability as well as self-initiative, self-employment and team spirit Communication and enforcement skills in conjunction with presentation and moderation competence
