Technischer Service Lead – Workplace (m/f/d)

You have the overall responsibility for architecture, design and technical integrity of Service Desk, Client Management and Field Services You define technical standards (images, policies, security baselines, automation) and develop them further Ensure the technical control of the Service Desk and define knowledge management standards and solution rates You are responsible for the Client Lifecycle (rollout, operation, patch management, EoL strategies) and ensure the standardized software distribution and endpoint management You have the technical leadership of Field Services and define technical installation, exchange and quality standards You act as a technical escalation entity (in case of service-cross-service malfunctions) and innovation entity (identification of automation and standardization potentials)

Successfully completed technical or business studies (e.g. business informatics, technical business, economics) or equivalent training Multiannual experience in client management environments (e.g. Microsoft 365, Intune, Endpoint Management, Active Directory, VDI) Experience in the operation of larger service desktop and field service structures as well as a sound understanding of client security and zero-trust concepts Knowledge of regulatory requirements (data protection, information security, basic BSI protection, etc.) Experience in highly standardised and audit-relevant environments as well as a structured analysis capability for complex disturbance images Experience in professional leadership of engineers and technical specialists High technical detail with simultaneous architecture overview as well as solution orientation and pragmatic implementation focus
