Your future team: As the main department, we initiate and organize the technical and social policy exchange with and between accident insurance companies, companies, insurers, the medical sector, other social security, ministries and associations. The focus is on fundamental questions about occupational accidents, occupational diseases and rehabilitation, which follow from norms, legal application and case law. All this is done in close coordination with the self-management of accident insurance. Your tasks: You are responsible for the independent processing of legal and technical questions on the right of membership and contribution of the statutory accident insurance, including those of outstanding importance. Further awaits you: Technical cooperation with the members of the DGUV in cases of cross-member importance, including the initiation and coordination of action strategies in membership and contribution law Self-responsible support and cooperation in internal and external bodies and working groups Coordination of the interests of accident insurance companies and their representation to the other branches of social security in matters relating to social security Representation of the DGUV and its members vis-à-vis the top social security associations, the ministries of trade and other organisations, including the technical assistance of legislative procedures, draft regulations, etc.

Completed academic degree (Master, Diploma, Second Law Exam) or equivalent knowledge and experience that you have proven through the acquired competence for the higher service or equivalent activity in the collective wage ratio Long-term professional experience in the membership and contribution area of a carrier of accident insurance or one of its top associations is the basis of your application Experiences in interdisciplinary work and in committee work and in committee and project work are desirable Affinity for digital modes of operation and joy in incorporating them into the tasks of the unit Convincing appearance and communication strength Good German language skills (at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) Foreign language knowledge, in particular the English language, is desirable Flexibility and readiness for multi-day service trips
