Solution Design Manager Cloud & Datacenter (m/f/d)

You help us to accompany customers on the way to future-proof data center solutions – from the first idea to the coherent solution concept. You grow in step by step and get real tasks from the start with responsibility (and back cover) You want to immerse yourself in the world of modern IT infrastructures – and not just “declare technology”, but actively shape how data centers look at customers today and tomorrow? Then come to us. We are looking for a young talent who is technically affin, wants new technologies and likes to work with people – from team to customer. You enter the Datacenter area with us and continuously develop your know-how (e.g. AI, server, storage, virtualization, backup, hybrid cloud) In the pre-sales, you support understanding customer requirements and translate them into technically valid and economical solution concepts Together with experienced colleagues, you advise customers on the planning, modernization and further development of their IT infrastructure You prepare demos, presentations and workshops – and also take them into perspective You work closely with sales, manufacturers and technology and support the further development of customer relationships You develop step by step to the Trusted Advisor for your customers – professional and communicative

Training or studies in the IT/Tech environment (e.g. computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification First contact points with IT or (technical) sales – e.g. by internship, working student job, training Honest interest in data center topics: You don't have to be a professional yet – but you have to be one You are communicative, reliable and like to go to people (customer contact is not stress for you, but exciting) You work structured, grab things independently and want to develop yourself further. Very good German and good English willingness to occasionally be on site with customers or manufacturers
