The operation of our water-dried spray booth is one of your tasks as well as the professional foundation of the workpieces. If necessary, you will splash deepenings and welds, grind these lacquerable and bring the primer up precisely. After drying, check the primer visually and process it as needed to create a perfect base. You carry the topcoat in complex parts, taking into account the required surface quality, such as, for example, the structural thickness. After the drying process, remove the parts, remove masking, perform visual inspections and layer thickness measurements and prepare them for further use. Regular maintenance and cleaning work on the systems will guide you according to plan and eliminate minor disturbances, such as cleaning of filters or changing nozzles. Finally prepare the finished parts for shipping. This includes the SAP booking and the attachment of intermediate packaging.
