Practical professional experience in the learning occupation of 2 years within the last 8 years. A completed specialist training for leading functions in nursing with at least 720 hours and additionally two years of management experience in the last five years as well as experience in quality and hygiene management in stationary care. High social competence in dealing with residents, relatives and employees. Ready-to-use, flexibility, enforcement and organisational capacity. Commercial understanding and economic thinking. Good IT skills.
