Business support and advice of domestic and foreign group companies as a business partner Responsibility for monthly reporting, forecasting and budget planning as well as ensuring cost transparency and data quality Implementation of deviation analyses and derivation of recommendations for action Creation and development of analyses, reports, KPIs, dashboards and presentations Preparation of investment decisions, business cases and make-or-buy analyses Participation in cross-departmental projects, for example in the technical support and preparation of the introduction of SAP S/4 HANA Technical and disciplinary management of the controlling department as well as construction and continuous further development of the controlling structures

Completed commercial training with subsequent training in controlling or economic studies in this field At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of tasks, preferably in the near-production environment and first leadership experience Structured and analytical approach, coupled with pronounced communication and presentation competence Impressive readiness and organisational ability as well as high self-initiative, self-motivation and the ability to self-contained thinking and action Comprehensive knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint, SAP experience desirable Very good knowledge of German and English
