Content development of training documents and media (Print & Multimedia), together with author teams, for the topics Bergen/Retten of Persons/Animals/ Sachwerten; moving loads; overcome obstacles; places; Detonation and transport of persons/goods (country way) Participation in the identification of content for operational training in THW and the creation of training concepts for the relevant topics Content quality assurance of training media to be created Organizing and supporting events related to training media Continuous exchange with specialist working groups, national and international training experts, specialist teachers of the THW training centres, volunteers and the relevant professional staff

A completed vocational training with at least three years of regular training Proven experience in operating population protection or disaster relief (e.g. by activities in firefighting, THW or relief organisation) and in cooperation with volunteers Knowledge of the creation of training media or practical training is desirable Structured and careful operation, pronounced service readiness even at high loads coupled with absolute reliability and simplicity Embossed team and communication skills, organizational talent, a binding occurrence and diversity competence readiness for regular training and training and for normally well-planned service trips willingness to provide services outside the usual working hours and to be accessible (e.g. in the case of use), to cooperate in the management and coordination staff (LuK) and to carry out service or services Use clothes for specific occasions
