You plan the project activities for training and reference facilities within the overall scheduling and coordinate internal and external services and deliveries with respect to time. Take into account the customer's requirements and ensure that all relevant work steps are realistic, comprehensible and planned in the correct order. The systems you provide support, among other things, for software testing, troubleshooting, maintenance and training of operating and maintenance personnel for systems used at several locations. Based on predefined planning standards and project specifications, you create schedules, maintain them continuously and update them when changing the project. In addition, transfer the planning data to the ERP system used and make sure that the information is complete, consistent and up-to-date. In close coordination with specialist areas, project participants, suppliers and customer pages, you ensure that all relevant information is included in the schedule. Your working day also includes taking into account technical and temporal dependencies in the field of construction, production, procurement, commissioning and material-related support services in the planning. From the collected data, feedback and progress information, you derive evaluations and reports for the project management and create a resilient basis for decisions. An important part of your task is the active control of deviations in the project sequence: You follow the progress closely, evaluate it together with the departments and develop appropriate countermeasures if necessary. You are also involved in the planning, evaluation and implementation of customer-sided amendments and help to illustrate their impact on appointments transparently.

Technical studies, e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, shipbuilding, electrical engineering or a comparable field Multiannual experience in the scheduling and control of complex projects, ideally in the maritime, industrial or industrially shaped large-scale project environment Safe handling of planning tools and systems, especially MS Project and ERP applications Good knowledge of MS Office and English in word and writing Structured, independent and careful operation Embossed communication and team skills Resilience, flexibility and pragmatism Power of persuasion and entrepreneurial thinking readiness for occasional travel in Germany and abroad
