You plan the project activities for training and reference facilities within the overall scheduling and coordinate internal and external services and deliveries with respect to time. Take into account the customer's requirements and ensure that all relevant work steps are realistic, comprehensible and planned in the correct order. The systems you provide support, among other things, for software testing, troubleshooting, maintenance and training of operating and maintenance personnel for systems used at several locations. Based on predefined planning standards and project specifications, you create schedules, maintain them continuously and update them when changing the project. In addition, transfer the planning data to the ERP system used and make sure that the information is complete, consistent and up-to-date. In close coordination with specialist areas, project participants, suppliers and customer pages, you ensure that all relevant information is included in the schedule. Your working day also includes taking into account technical and temporal dependencies in the field of construction, production, procurement, commissioning and material-related support services in the planning.
