For our 'House Esbach' of Disabled Assistance, we are looking for you in full or part-time at 80-10% in Horgenzell (Haslachmühle). The body shall be occupied with a 60 % lead and a 20-40 % lead. The establishment ''Haus Esbach'' offers comprehensive services of social participation within the framework of the special housing. At present, 23 people with a so-called mental and/or multiple disability are accompanied to 3 barrier-free housing groups. The range of support is focused on people with a comprehensive need for assistance in different areas of life (day and night). Our team consists of 30 employees with different professions and qualifications.

Technical, economic, organisational and personnel management of the institution Responsibility for the conceptual and strategic development of the institution Motivation, promotion and further development of employees Close cooperation with various external partners such as legal representatives and authorities Compliance and compliance with legal requirements to ensure and further develop quality management Ensuring capacity utilisation and residential acquisition Ensuring legal requirements and assistance, accommodation and services for our clients Implementation of the diaconic order in the establishment Representation of the institution in the public and integration into the community

Technical suitability on the basis of the National Staff Regulation according to § 3 (Completed pedagogical or nursing vocational training or completed studies of social work or comparable qualification Multiannual main occupation in a stationary establishment Ideally, leadership experience in disabled assistance Motivation and joy in co-design and development as well as taking responsibility affirmation of the Christian-diaconical order and co-design of our diaconic work
