Development and implementation of BIM strategies and standards Coordination and control of BIM processes in projects Training and support of internal and external project participants in BIM applications Ensuring compliance with BIM standards and guidelines Collaboration with architects, engineers and builders to optimize digital planning processes Development of BIM workflows and optimization of model quality Examination and management of BIM models and data exchange processes

Complete studies in architecture, civil engineering, utility technology, electrical engineering or completed training in craftsmanship with a further education to the technician or master as well as corresponding BIM expert Multiannual experience in BIM management and digital planning methods Funded software identifiers, e.g. Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, BIM 360 Experience with open BIM standards and their application Embossed communication and coordination capabilities Structured, solution-oriented and independent mode of operation Interest in innovation and further development of digital planning processes
