In the function you take over the technical and disciplinary management of the Supplier Service department in Munich, as well as responsibility for the product-related assurance of the delivery quality You conduct escalation processes with the supplier in complaints and the central technical fault management including warranties You also take responsibility for the professional and strategic development of the department and the development of suppliers in terms of quality planning The planning and appointment of preventive QM measures with suppliers for a complex product portfolio are also within your task Furthermore, you define necessary quality-side measures with the supplier to reduce complaints At the same time, your task includes the control, consolidation and responsibility of product groups and projects from the perspective of quality management Also perform ABC analyses and adopt the following definition of measures to prevent complaints and building deviations You are responsible for the conclusion of negotiations and coordination of complex QS requirements, as well as the quality assurance planning with the supplier Construction and development of strategic supplier specifications and process indicators The strategic identification of optimization requirements as well as the development of concepts for implementation complete your task area

You have completed technical studies with long-term relevant professional and leadership experience You will also bring completed additional training to QM Manager or Auditor. Further qualifications are desirable You have strong knowledge of manufacturing technology, as well as QM management tools (FMEA, 8D Model and Ishikawa) Your personality is characterized by a safe occurrence, empathy and negotiation skills You will also bring knowledge of German and English with you. French would be desirable.
