Maintenance, inspection and repair of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary facilities (HKLS) Error diagnosis and troubleshooting to ensure plant operation Implementation of repairs and minor modernizations Documentation of the work carried out and creation of digital service reports Compliance with safety and quality standards according to legal requirements Support in the planning and implementation of technical improvements

Complete training as a plant mechanic:in sanitary, heating and climate engineering, mechatronics:in refrigeration or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in HKLS, ideally in facility management Knowledge of measurement, control and control technology (MSR) of advantage Ability to independent error analysis and problem solving driving licence class B desirable German language skills (at least C1)
