These are We develop, produce and distribute protective and operational clothing for rescue services and authorities. Our clothing systems, according to our own ideas or in consultation with our customers and the requirements and standards applicable, depending on the intended use, are created in the masterpiece in Gerolstein. It is important for us to choose material, construction and processing in such a way that the most optimal part of the clothing is created that provides the wearer with maximum protection and comfort. After the apparel has been made by our production partners in Eastern Europe, after successful quality control in Gerolstein, it goes to our customers throughout Germany.

We are looking for:

Projektmanagement (m/w/d) for immediate appointment (full time) The objective

You are an empathic person who has pleasure in contact with customers, mainly by phone and e-mail. Works best organizes and accompany orders from our customers from the order receipt to the production of the shipping documents. You are flexible and can always rely on new situations and customer requests. You also understand yourself as a mediator between the customers and our internal production for achieving the common goals.

Your tasks

• Order acceptance and order confirmation
• Telephone support of customers
• Create and run sales and sales statistics
• Personal advice from customers in our factory shop

Your strengths

• You work very safely with all Office applications like Word, Excel, Outlook, Access
• You are proactive, you work independently and realize tasks that arise
• You can flexibly adjust to new challenges as well as process some systemic (you will definitely need this!)
• You have a great empathy for colleagues, colleagues and customers
