For our site AGAPLESION DIAKONIEKLINIKUM ROTENBURG we are looking for a diet coach / diet cook (w/m/d) in full or part time.

What awaits you

• You will pick up the menu orders in the menu collection system and take over the daily final control of the diet on the food distribution band.
• You take over the production of special soups and seasoned food according to the dietary requirements and in your function in the production area.
• You guide our kitchen staff: on the inside and help them with advice and action.
• You can reliably ensure consistent compliance with HACCP hygiene and quality standards.
• In the office, you can handle administrative tasks such as processing station request and menu collections.

What we do

• A completed training as a diet assistant (w/m/d) or diet cook (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification with well-founded dietary knowledge.
• In addition, team spirit and a dedicated way of working.
• You work conscientiously, structured and solution-oriented, without losing sight of the whole. *Technical affinity – MS Office is safe and you work quickly in other programs.
