Assistant to our management (m/f/d)

You support our management in the daily business You are responsible for coordinating appointments as well as their preparation and preparation You carry out self-responsible internal projects and work on focus topics You secure the internal flow of information You create and edit presentations, statistics, correspondence and reporting in German and English You organize various internal events (e.g. employee information events) and help organise fairs and events

You have a successfully completed commercial training or business studies You are confident with secretarial tasks and stress situations Your Confidentiality and Reliability You love organizing and working independently and structured You are self-confident as a team player with a friendly and specific way of communication You have experiences with MS-Office as well as a very good German and English (in word and writing)
