You take over the responsible management and coordination of the daycare You bear the business, human and conceptual responsibility You work cooperatively with clients, staff teams and relatives You carry out the staff selection and you are responsible for the staff management

You have a completed study of social education, social work or a comparable degree You think and trade person-centred You bring experience in working with people with high support needs You have experiences in the management of staff You have knowledge of SGB and BTHG A high level of social and communicative competence, as well as a structured and organized way of working distinguishes you You have good MS Office knowledge
