As Product Owner (m/w/d) for our global Workday HCM suite, you take responsibility for central modules such as Reporting & PRISM, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation and Learning & Skills . With your technical understanding and product competence, you ensure that these modules are optimally adapted to our company's HR processes and business requirements. You configure Workday functions independently, develop reports and dashboards and accompany new features from idea to successful implementation. In close cooperation with HR, IT and international stakeholders, you actively shape the further development of our global HR system landscape.
