Main responsibility for the technical development of the real estate portfolio taking into account current ESG criteria Implementation of feasibility analyses and cost-effectiveness calculations as a basis for investment decisions Control and monitoring of external project partners in rehabilitation and modernisation measures, including budget planning and cost control Ensuring functionality and technical management of existing objects Establishment and maintenance of a resilient network of specialist planners, service providers and exporting companies Identification of synergy effects and development of process standards

Complete studies in the field of civil engineering, facility management, architecture or a comparable technical qualification Knowledge in technical real estate management and inventory development High IT affinity Analytical and strategic thinking Travel readiness (20-25%, partly nationwide)
