Senior Business Operations Manager (m/w/d) is the operational backbone at fulfillmenttools. When it comes to processes, projects and organization, you'll be packing up for everything to run smoothly.

Compliance & Processes: You are the driving force behind our ISO and compliance standards. You develop existing policies, make sure that all requirements are complied with and support internal and external audits. Finance Operations: From the creation and dispatch of invoices and reminders to the care and supervision of open items, you have everything in mind. You support debitor management and work closely with our accounting. Structure & Operational Excellence: You coordinate cross-sector topics with operational relevance and ensure that documentation standards and processes are clearly defined, implemented uniformly and continuously developed. Management support: You provide the management and leadership team with the basis for decision-making. With meaningful reports, presentations and analyses, you support strategic initiatives and help make data-based decisions. Project management: You control cross-functional internal projects and ensure that timetables, budgets and quality standards are complied with.

Multiannual professional experience in business operations, project management or a comparable role Knowledge of ISO and compliance management and basic understanding of finance processes You have strong organizational skills, a structured way of working, and you'll be worth detailing Your analytical skills help you to evaluate data and derive sound recommendations You have profound experience with common office and project management tools (e.g. MS Office, Confluence, Jira) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
