As part of an interdisciplinary development team at Carl Zeiss MultiSEM GmbH, you will develop software applications for highly complex electron beam systems used to manufacture defect-free photomasks for chip production in the semiconductor industry (concept, design, development, implementation, testing, documentation) You will play a leading role in shaping the overall strategic concept for controlling the electron beam column, coordinate efforts across locations, develop a long-term plan As an expert in your field, you will advise other departments, product managers, and engineers on the software applications and, as needed, conduct training sessions on how to use the software systems You will work closely with project and product managers to help the shape product backlog related to software, define work packages, and implement them within an agile process
