As a R&B coordinator, you are the central support for our R&B departments and work closely with our department managers – in particular chefs, restaurant manager and bar manager. You make sure that the processes between the individual areas work smoothly and help to make our F&B experience at the highest level. You support the R&B department leaders in organizational and administrative tasks and work closely with kitchen, restaurant and bar You coordinate cross-departmental processes and ensure good communication between teams You support orders, reservations, schedules and other organizational tasks You plan and coordinate events and events together with the sales team and support their performance on site You are the interface between sales, R&B departments and the operating teams at events and ensure a smooth running You support the department leaders in quality assurance according to our Nouri standards You perform organisational tasks around events and support the teams in implementing them You bring your own ideas and suggestions for improvement to continuously develop our R&B processes and the Nouri experience You pack in everyday working and support where your help is needed

A completed training in the hotel industry or gastronomy

Experience in the R&B sector, in particular in the coordination of service processes

Organizational talent, hand-on mentality and a heart for hospitality

Good knowledge of German and English, French as an advantage

Your computer is intuitive, MS Office is not a foreign word

Enthusiasm for culinary trends, design and details
