The focus of your activity is on the independent implementation of the pay bill for our employees and professional employees. In detail: Implementation of monthly wage and salary accounting for employees and employees Contact person for employees in billing, tax and social insurance issues Communication with health insurance companies, public authorities and external bodies and ensuring all reporting obligations Care and management of personnel master files from entry to exit Creation of evaluations and statistics in the personnel sector Support for personaladministrative topics (e.g. occupational retirement, BEM, bicycle leasing) Participation in administrative candidate management Working with personnel projects
