Professional leadership, coaching and support of your team in daily business Deputy Head of Division Introduction, training and further development of new colleagues Conduct regular employee talks and support for individual development plans Link between operating day-to-day business and department management Ensuring a high level of service by monitoring KPIs and team productivity Processing escalations and support of the team in operational challenges Control, development and optimization of the MRP as well as new business areas taking into account legal requirements and customer requirements Critical review of workflows, continuous process analysis and identification of potential improvement Coordination of transport capacities, terminals, customers and service providers for smooth operation Precise and predictive planning of intermodal transports with focus on cost-effectiveness and quality Responsibility for monthly accounts, briefings and additional costs management Monitoring of operational and economic indicators

Ideally a completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Professional experience in logistics and disposition First leadership experience or proven ability to lead and develop colleagues Willingness to take responsibility and go the next career step Embossed human knowledge and communication strength Organizational talent as well as a solution- and result-oriented operation Ability to set priorities even in a dynamic environment and keep an overview under pressure readiness to travel Business thinking and acting Customer orientation and a high sense of responsibility Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Understanding operational key figures and economic relationships Safe handling of Microsoft Office applications
