Customer Success Management full time JOB ID: J2603-003 ELLER foodPackaging develops and produces sustainable food packaging for the world's most famous food brands. We create “MOMENTS OF JOY” for people in the food service industry and grow by 20% annually. In this role, you take acquired orders from our upstream project management and carry them safely and structured through our company. You actively control the order processing and ensure that all processes reliably interlock. Your work is successful if the on-boarding and off-boarding of articles takes place smoothly and securely, material availability and framework conditions are reliably tested and you also keep an overview in critical situations and negotiate solution-oriented.

You take acquired orders from our upstream project management and carry them safely through our company. You coordinate the order processing up to delivery and delivery to our customers. You win additional orders by inspiring our customers from the inside for our innovative and sustainable products. You take a key position and ensure optimal coordination between our customers and internal departments. You keep the stocks and needs of your customers responsibly in mind and make sure our customers never run out of stock. You have already gained first experience in B2B sales and are able to work independently. You have very good English skills to vote with customers.
